C'mon, Brag a Little!

Take a look up at the menu bar below the banner. I made a new button called Show & Tell that will take you to links for places to show off your work - and be inspired by others. There's a sewing group and an embroidery group.

A few people have joined these groups, but they haven't posted any work yet. Many of you have sent me emails telling me about what you've made with the patterns here at Shiny Happy World - and I love hearing about them. But I'm a visual gal and I really want to see them. And I'm sure everyone else would like to see what you've made too! Show & Tell is always one of the best parts of the classes I teach.

So I'm giving you all a little nudge. Upload a picture of your work to either the sewing or the embroidery group. On Thursday, March 10 I'll enter all the new uploads into a drawing to win a little prize pack. The winner will get the Huggable Blockhead pictured above AND a gift certificate good for any two patterns from my shop. I'll throw in an assortment of fabric too - some fun pieces from my vast collection.

So come on! Be brave! I'll bet I'm not the only one out there who wants to see what people are making. One person will win the prize pack, but everyone will win the adulation of their peers. :-)
