Here's another alphabet. This time I wanted to design something bright and colorful. Something that shouts "Summer!" After I designed the alphabet I started to map out the words I wanted to stitch as a sample. My plan was to do three small hoops with Laugh. Play. Make. in them. But as soon as I traced the word "make" I couldn't help adding "lemonade." And by the time I was done stitching I knew I wanted to name this font Lemonade Stand. Enjoy! And scroll down to the end of the post for my lemonade recipe. It's the best!

Wendi's Perfect Lemonade
- juice of 6 lemons
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 cups hot water
- 4 cups ice water
Add the lemon juice and the ice water. Stir.
Serve over ice.
For an extra special treat, puree some strawberries and freeze the puree in ice cube trays. Use those instead of plain ice in your lemonade. Sooooooo good!
Happy stitching! And have a great weekend!
Best,
Wendi
