Show & Tell - Peekaboo Cat Quilt

Just LOOK at the quilt that Moira is making in the STITCHED workshop! Isn't it fabulous? Here's what she says about it. . .

Yay! I'm so excited to finally have gotten to the point that it feels like I really can finish this quilt! I changed the bears into cats because I know my sister will love it. She's having a baby next month and this is for the new addition to the family. I'm hoping to get it quilted tomorrow and then working on the basting between now and the baby shower... LOVE this class! Thanks for the inspiration and the easy to follow instructions!

This quilt makes me happy on so many levels! One - I love quilts being made for new babies. Seriously - who doesn't? Two - I love that Moira fearlessly changed the bear in the original pattern to a cat - just by changing his ears and adding whiskers. I know many of you are totally comfortable making changes to patterns - but for a lot of people this is a huge step, fraught with stress and worry. I love having the opportunity to show how easy it can be. Go for it!
