I've been sending out a lot of Trick or Treat Bag patterns this week and that reminds me - it's almost Halloween! I've got some fun Halloween items in the shop, and a couple of free items I always like to remind you about this time of year.
I love Halloween!
Let's start with that witch up there, shall we? It's just the regular rag doll pattern made with green fabric for her skin, green highlights in her black wool hair, and this free pattern for that witchy hat.
Here she is in all her glory. . .
I didn't forget about the boys!
You can Halloweenify the Karl doll pattern with this free add-on. It includes a pattern for Vlad's hair as well as embroidery patterns for Frank's scars and Vlad's toothy smile.
Get the Karl doll pattern here and download the Halloweenification PDF here.
If you're going trick or treating you'll need a decent sized bag to carry all that candy. (What is up with all the tiny totes I see in stores?) This one is 9 inches tall, 8 inches wide, and 4 1/2 inches deep - the same size as a small Anthropologie shopping bag. It comes with three designs for you to play with. (My personal favorite is the Bag of Eyeballs, inspired by one of Jo's drawings several years ago.) Get the pattern here.
For all you stitchy types, there's this elegant embroidered witch.
You can get her pattern here. And you can see all the Halloween goodies in one place here.
Happy Halloween!
Best,
Wendi
