Show & Tell Time - Buttonholes Quilt

Look at the beautiful Buttonholes Quilt that Nikki made!

She writes:
My first quilt!!! Thanks for a great, accessible, forgiving pattern. Now... A nap with my new napping quilt.
Her first quilt! Didn't she do a fabulous job?

She adds:
It's been a nap time project for me on the days I'm home with my 10 month old.

I had to think about cutting the zig zag fabrics to make the pattern go the right way, but other than that little modification, everything was great. I really appreciated the videos - especially the binding video.
That's a great point about the zig zag fabrics. The cutting instructions I give are assuming you're using an "any direction" fabric - which most are. If you're using a directional fabric you'll want to look at it, decide which way you want the image to run, and cut it accordingly.

Nikki even did the pieced back variation using her scraps. Gorgeous!

Want to make your own? You'll find the pattern here. And the timing is excellent! All quilt patterns are still on sale. Use code WARM for 20% off.

Happy quilting!

Best,
Wendi
