I had so much fun today snapping pictures of things besides my products and work in progress. This photo's not great - but it's the one that really makes me smile. :-)
This is Jo's Addams Family calendar - turned to the new month. Seeing it - really looking at it - reminded me of when she came running up to me in the bookstore, telling me all about it and asking me to come see. "It's the Addams Family - but with this really cool new art." I love how old things are brand new to kids. :-) And new to me when I see them through her eyes.

I stumbled across one of your videos on youtube and I have to say I absolutely love them. you exsplain things in a way that is easy to understand. I always use to think embroidery was kind of stuffy and made with a lot of light pastel colors which I didn't like back then (I do now). Then I came across a lovely coat for an Asian ball jointed doll with a phoenix on it with a very vibrant and colorful and I was determined to make it your tutorials and sage advice are very helpful in achieving my goal. Thank you very much
