Show & Tell - A Snake from a New Sewist!

Gabrielle is learning to sew and embroider by following the videos at Shiny Happy World. She's 11. I love teaching kids to sew!

Here's what her Mom writes. . .

Gabrielle just finished her first ever sewing machine project and wanted to share a picture with you. She had so much fun making this little cutie. Her sister has already put in an order for one!

She's a terrific snake! I love the polkadot fabric she chose and I think Gabrielle should be prepared to make many more. When I share this pattern in sewing classes the kids make TONS of them. :-)
