It's day 3 of the Kids Sewing Week Challenge. I'm away from home (and my sewing machine!) all week, but I packed four days of sewing into the weekend so I play with everyone else. Have you seen the group over on Flickr? Go take a look!
This is another Jo fabric selection. It's not as sophisticated as the Toomuchery choice - but still totally Jo. She has a thing for lions (she's a Leo) and spotted this print right away - and asked for a nice full skirt. She specifically said she wanted one that would be good for swinging. :-)
OK then! I can do that! I used the same pattern that I used for the black skirt I shared on Monday. Since this fabric didn't have eyelet holes in it I didn't need to make an underskirt. Easy peasy!
I think she likes it. :-)
One more skirt tomorrow - and then I hope to have the pattern for this one on Friday.
